A leaking roof ruins everything the interior team just finished — ceilings stain, paint bubbles, floors swell. We trace and repair leaks, re-roof with mabati or tile, fit gutters and flashing, and handle the timber structure and insulation underneath. Because roofing sits at the top of the same building we finish inside, we fix the cause, not just the stain on the ceiling.

How the work runs
Tell us where it leaks or what the roof is now
Roof inspection — photos and measurements from up top
Written quote covering sheets, timber, labour and disposal
Repairs or re-roofing, with gutters tested before we leave
Price guidance
Leak repairs from Ksh 8,000. Re-roofing is quoted per square metre after inspection — pitch, sheet gauge and timber condition move the price more than area alone.
Roofing questions
Can a leak be fixed without re-roofing?
Usually. Most Nairobi leaks are flashing, valley or fastener failures, not whole-roof problems. We show you photos of the actual cause before quoting.
How long does a re-roof take?
A typical bungalow takes three to seven days once materials are on site. We strip and cover in sections so the house is never left open overnight.
Is there a warranty?
Workmanship carries the same twelve-month warranty as the rest of our work; sheets and tiles carry the manufacturer's warranty.
