Flooring decides how a room feels underfoot before any furniture goes in. We supply and install engineered wood, laminate and SPC floors across Nairobi homes and offices, handling the part that makes them last — checking the subfloor, levelling where needed and laying a proper underlay and moisture barrier. Most apartment rooms are done in a day or two, and you can walk on the floor the same evening.

Wooden flooring questions
Wood, laminate or SPC — which should I choose?
Engineered wood if you want real timber that can be sanded later. Laminate for a harder-wearing budget surface. SPC where water is a risk — kitchens, bathrooms and ground floors.
Can new flooring go over old tiles?
Yes, if the tiles are sound and level. We check for hollow spots, fill level differences, and lay underlay over the tiles rather than lifting them.
Will the floor need time to settle before furniture goes back?
Floating floors can be walked on immediately. We still leave the recommended expansion gap and fit the trims last so the boards can move.
